About Us

Foodbaskets Corporation is a continuation of a family’s passion for the food service business. The company founders were born to parents whose main line of business was into food concessions. Continuing such passion, EDCT Food Services was established in April 1996 to run the concession for Jockey & Speedo Philippines (GTVL Manufacturing Inc.).

Having been awarded a number of concessions in the late year 2000, Food Baskets Corporation was incorporated in 2009 to professionally service the partner institutions. FBC as it is called now, was engaged in cafeteria operations, catering and food court management.

In 2014, with the continuing growth of its branch network, the company decided to do an integration by manufacturing majority of its branch requirements.  These food requirements are processed meats, breads & pastries, desserts and beverages.

The branch expansion continued on to this date expanding to BPO’s, offices and industrial locations on top of its traditional educational institution clients.  Gaining more network and manufacturing expertise, the company expanded its supply coverage to include convenience stores, restaurants, hotels & other food operators.

Over the past three years, FBC heavily invested in Research & Development for it to be ahead and enjoy the benefit of technology in serving its current and future customers.  The company has now made available to the market long shelf life ready-to-eat meals in wide selection and variety.
